To access the mobility zone at level -2 of the Colruyt Etterbeek car park, you can take the elevator or stairs at the entrance to the store. A safe for the keys of the bicycle locks is installed on the wall of the area reserved for e-cargobikes. You can open it like you open our cars. Then enter your PIN code on the locker's keypad. Take out the keys for the padlock attached to the locker that supports the bike. The Colruyt car park is open every day from Monday to Saturday (9 p.m.) from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. You can therefore use the large elevator just opposite. When the supermarket is closed, a partner code will give you access to our shared mobility zone to enter and leave it. You can find this code in the app at info station(I) when you have a reservation.
